It was a great Week 8 of BIG3 Basketball as three of the four games had playoff implications and the play around the league reflected that. The No. 1 seed came down to the last day of the regular season between the Dallas Power and Chicago Triplets. Dallas grabbed the top spot in the BIG3 Playoffs and will face the No. 4 Seed Miami 305 while the No. 2 seed Triplets will face the No. 3 seed Boston Ball Hogs. Season 9 ended with six 20-point performances and seven double-doubles in Week 8. Another regular season has come and gone, but the postseason starts next week in what might be the best field yet.

Lance Stephenson (Miami 305)
Week 8 stats: 25 points, 8 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 four-pointer
Lance Stephenson has been on a heater ever since his suspension in Week 2, scoring 20+ in every game except one. When Miami needed it most in a do-or-die game in Week 8, Stephenson stepped up and delivered a season-high in points with 25 and grabbed eight boards. He also sank in another four-pointer, finishing with five of them for the season.
The star in the 305 finished the season with 140 total points, averaging 20 per game while also averaging just over a steal per game. Stephenson has come in clutch for Miami all season long to help them clinch a playoff spot after starting the season 1-3. Now they look to become back-to-back champions.
Montrezl Harrell (Chicago Triplets)
Week 8 stats: 24 points, 10 rebounds, 2 steals, 3 blocks
It’s only fitting that Montrezl Harrell ends the regular season with a double-double. His 24 points and 10 rebounds mark his fourth consecutive double-double. Harrell also dominated on the defensive end as well, tallying two steals and three blocks.Â
Despite missing three games this season, Harrell scored the second-most points in the BIG3 this season with 153. He also averaged a double-double for the season, putting up 30.6 points per game with 10.4 rebounds, both first in the league. The superstar also finished first in the league with 1.4 blocks per game. His performance wasn’t enough for the Triplets to secure the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, but his historic season might just be what gets him the MVP.Â
Earl Clark (DMV Trilogy)
Week 8 stats: 23 points, 13 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks
Earl Clark started the season with a double-double; now he ends it with another double-double of 23 points and 13 rebounds. His defensive game also showed in this contest, as 12 of those rebounds came on that side of the ball. He also finished with two blocks, which puts him top three in that category for the season.Â
He finishes his 6th season as the all-time leading points scorer (751) while also being the all-time leader in blocks (58) and total field goals (300). DMV Trilogy fell a game short of the playoffs, but Clark’s performance on the season made them a competitive group.
Corey Brewer (Detroit Amps)
Week 8 stats: 21 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists
The Detroit Amps haven’t had the season they were hoping for, and the main reason was the loss of Iso Joe Johnson before the season even began. Detroit put together a nice squad around Johnson with Nasir Core and Corey Brewer, but without the third piece of the puzzle, it went downhill fast. That being said, the Amps put together gritty performances week after week, giving the Triplets their first loss of the season in Week 6 while also giving the Ball Hogs a loss heading into the BIG3 Playoffs.Â
This week, Brewer topped off the Amps’ season with his first 20-point performance of 2026. He didn’t have the scoring season he would’ve liked to but he was elsewhere on the court, finishing top 10 in total rebounds, assists and steals.Â
Michael Beasley (Miami 305)
Week 8 stats: 20 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 1 block
Michael Beasley has been a big part of Miami’s turnaround just as much as Stephenson has, as they have been the best duo in the BIG3 for the last several weeks now. Beasley put up another 20-point performance, tallying a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the most important game of the season. No less was expected by the reigning back-to-back BIG3 MVP.
Like Stephenson, Beasley also put up 140 total points on the season, averaging 20 per game. Beasley also finished top 10 in rebounds (6.9 per game), steals (0.9 per game), blocks (0.9), three-pointers (10) and total field goals (57). He put up MVP-like numbers yet again on his way to another playoff appearance, hoping to capture another title.
