2026 BIG3 Championship

Odds To Win the 2026 BIG3 Championship

This weekend marks yet another chapter in the BIG3 as Season 9 is set to tip off on Saturday with four great matchups to start the campaign. There’s never been more hype for the league than there is now, and it shows with the amount of talent coming to the BIG3 and the viewership that has been garnered.

The league is taking yet another big step into its future as it was announced that Ice Cube and company plan to take the BIG3 public by the end of the year, eyeing a $290 million valuation to do so. It would mark the first publicly traded professional sports league in the US. It’s been just one of many moves over the years that suggest that the BIG3 is thriving and is only going to get bigger and better.

Before we get to that point, we’re in for an exciting 2026 season in what should be some fierce competition on the road to the BIG3 Championship. As these odds reflect, we’re in for a treat this summer.

2026 BIG3 Championship Odds

1. Miami 305 (+200)

The Miami 305 are looking to win back-to-back BIG3 Championships and have a great chance to do so as they are running back the same squad that captured gold in 2025. Reigning back-to-back MVP Michael Beasley leads the charge after averaging 23.1 points per game last season, tops in the league. His running mate, Lance Stephenson, was also top 10 in scoring last season, tallying 120 total points in his first season in the BIG3. He also landed top 10 in total rebounds (49) and assists (15).

The energetic and chaotic duo is re-joined by Mario Chalmers, Reggie Evans and Sean Williams. This trio is the perfect blend of talent to mesh with the scoring talent of Beasley and Stephenson. In 2025, Chalmers finished top 10 in total assists (21) and steals (6) while Williams finished top 10 in total blocks (8) and finished second in field-goal percentage at 63%. To top it off, Evans is the best rebounder this league has ever seen. As the only active player in the BIG3 since its inception in 2017, Evans has led the league in rebounding four times and has been top 10 in every single season.

From top to bottom, the 305 have the best roster in the league, and every single player has a unique skill set to make the team complete. They had the best odds to win the BIG3 Championship heading into 2025, and we saw the end result. Will it happen again this year?

2. LA Riot (+250)

Returning to play in his second year in the BIG3 is none other than the big man himself, Dwight Howard. He anchors the LA Riot down low with his dominating presence, both on the offensive and defensive side.

In 2025, Howard finished ninth in total points with 113 (14.1 ppg) and tied the league lead in total rebounds with 71 (8.9 rpg). He also finished with a block per game, tallying eight total blocks on the season. Second-chance points are key in this league, and Howard creates extra possessions with the best of them. Now that he has a taste of what this league is all about, he could have an even better sophomore season, heavily favoring the Riot’s chances for a BIG3 Championship.

Howard reunites with Jordan Crawford, who, when hot, is one of the best shooters in the league. He averaged 16.9 points per game in 2025 while making the fourth-most three-pointers in the BIG3. Howard kicking it outside to Crawford or Crawford kicking it inside to Howard can be unstoppable when executed right.

The Riot will be without newcomer and co-captain Kosta Koufos for the first two weeks of the season with a back strain, but surely will bring another noticeable presence in the paint and on the glass when he gets back. Adding another outside shooter like Chris Allen alongside Crawford will make this team even stronger. Defense, rebounding and timely shooting will be the name of the game for LA in 2026.

3. Chicago Triplets (+800)

With the team that the Chicago Triplets put together this offseason, seeing them with the third-best odds at +800 to win the BIG3 Championship might be a little bit of an undervalue.

Chicago went to the BIG3 Championship last season but fell to Miami 52-48 in a close one. They saw how close they were and upgraded around the hardwood. To go along with bringing back the 2025 BIG3 Rookie of the Year in Montrezl Harrell, the Triplets assembled an all-star lineup around him with the likes of Brandon Moss, Amir Johnson, Wesley Johnson and Leandro Barbosa. At their peak, Moss and Barbosa are some of the best scorers in the BIG3 and can take over a game with their skill alone. Amir Johnson brings in championship pedigree as he helped lead Trilogy to a repeat in 2021 and 2022, while Wesley Johnson is a 3-and-D specialist.

This all combines with Harrell’s 17.9 points per game and 7.1 rebounds per game last season. The Triplets will have the size advantage over most teams heading into 2026, to go along with their scoring ability and coverage on the court. Don’t forget they have one of the best minds in basketball, Dr. J, Julius Erving, to blend with this team’s makeup. Chicago is not a team to be slept on heading into the season as BIG3 Championship favorites.
