NFL Week 14 Games To Watch

NFL Week 14 starts with a pivotal NFC match-up when the 6-6 Dallas Cowboys face the 6-6 Chicago Bears in Chicago on Thursday Night Football. The Cowboys lead the NFC East by a game over the Philadelphia Eagles while the Bears are in a must-win situation every week to stay alive in the wild card hunt. The NFL is coming down the stretch and teams are in desperation mode for a win any way they can get them. There are a handful of good games to watch this Sunday.

NFL Week 14 Games To Watch

Ravens vs Bills

Nobody expected this at the beginning of the season. The Baltimore Ravens are the number one seed in the AFC and look dangerous at 10-2. The Buffalo Bills are 9-3 and a game behind the Patriots. People are questioning if the Bills are the real deal and this certainly helps their case. Like many teams, the Bills will have a hard time stopping Lamar Jackson. If Jackson isn’t running the ball, they still have a threat with Mark Ingram. The Bills defense has been really good this season. They have to look out for both the run and pass. A win would be really impressive for this Bills team and fans might buy into them.

Seahawks vs Rams

This is a big NFC West match-up between the 10-2 Seattle Seahawks and the 7-5 Los Angeles Rams. The Rams don’t have a good chance of winning the division but they are only a game back of the Minnesota Vikings in the wild card. They’ve taken a big step back from last year. Their offense isn’t as explosive with Jared Goff and they are giving up a lot on defense. The Seahawks have an MVP candidate in Russell Wilson who can throw it all over the field and the run game is explosive. These two always play a great game against each other and we shouldn’t expect any different this time around on Sunday Night Football.

Chiefs vs Patriots

This is a huge match-up this Sunday afternoon. Despite the New England Patriots being 10-2, they have a lot of problems on offense. Tom Brady is having a down year and the receivers aren’t helping much. We’ve seen Brady get frustrated on the field and the sideline. The run game hasn’t been that good either. The defense is what has kept this team from self-destructing. If anyone can adjust, it’s Bill Belichick and that’s what we expect this Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Over the last few years, this game has been great to watch, even in the playoffs. The 8-4 Chiefs have one of the most explosive offenses in the league with Patrick Mahomes under center, Tyreek Hill and Sammy Watkins at wide receiver, and Travis Kelce at tight end. That is a great supporting cast for Andy Reid. The Chiefs can climb right back up to the top if they keep winning.

49ers vs Saints

This is the final test of a tough three-game stretch for the San Francisco 49ers. They beat the Green Bay Packers in the first game but lost against the Ravens last week. Both teams are 10-2 and fighting for the top seed in the NFC. With the 49ers loss last week, they moved down to the fifth seed because the Seahawks are 10-2 as well. They will face off in a few weeks but right now, they have to worry about a great New Orleans Saints team. Home field advantage is key in this game and the Saints have it. The 49ers are getting tested and they’ve stood up nicely so far. This is going to be a great game and one of many this week.

The Final Drive

Week 14 in the NFL has probably the best slate of games so far this season and will be one of the best all season. All of these games have playoff implications in terms of seeding. It’s going to be one fun Sunday from early kickoff to Sunday Night Football. Football fans will be in for a treat this week.
