cover the spread in week four

Three Teams That Will Cover the Spread in Week Four

There are some very intriguing matchups on the slate for week four. First looks suggest a lot of scoring with a pretty good mixture of blowouts and close games. What does this mean for your betting practices? It means the way to go this week is the spread. Betting on Betmaster.co.ke is the best way to have some fun and make some money as well. Let’s take a look at three teams that will cover the spread in week four.

Three Teams That Will Cover the Spread in Week Four

Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens

Pick: Ravens -7.0 (-110)

It’s no doubt that Lamar Jackson has emerged as a more than capable quarterback in this league. With that being said, a matchup at home against a struggling Browns team is a match made in heaven. The spread currently sits at -7.0 for the Ravens and that’s more than enough for me to bet on them. I think the Ravens continue their dominance at home and prove to the entire league they are here to stay. Take Baltimore to cover the spread in week four.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Detroit Lions

Pick: Chiefs -7.0 (+105)

The Chiefs have continued their dominance through the first three weeks of the season. The end result this week should be no different. Kansas City matches up against a Lions team who ranks in the bottom half of nearly every defensive category so far. Although the Lions offense may be able to keep up with the explosive Patrick Mahomes for a little while, the Chiefs will no doubt pull away, in the end, to take this game by 10+ points. I’m taking the Chiefs to cover the spread in week four and I’m not looking back. At +105 odds you can’t go wrong.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Denver Broncos

Pick: Jaguars +3.0 (EVEN)

The Jaguars have surprised most of the league even sitting at 1-2. They lost a close game to Houston in week 2 and dominated the Titans this past week. Gardner Minshew has proven that he can sustain drives and get points on the board. They’ve got a great running back in Leonard Fournette. They’ve got serviceable receivers in D.J Chark and Dede Westbrook. I don’t see any reason to believe this team can’t beat or cover against a Denver team that allowed 24 points to the Raiders in week one. Not that I expect this game to be a shootout, but I think the Jaguars defense will be able to contain the Broncos offense long enough for them to establish a lead. I’m picking the Jags to cover the spread in week four against the Broncos.

Week Four and Betting the Spread

Week four has the looks to be a fantastic week for betting. I think a lot of the teams currently on a good run continue it into week five. The Ravens and Chiefs both have extremely high powered offenses to work with and they are both matched up against fairly subpar defenses. I’d be surprised if we don’t see two blowouts in both of those games. As for the Jags, they have looked fairly good with Minshew under center and I don’t think that’ll change in Denver this week. All three of the teams should cover the spread in week four with ease.
