NFL DraftKings Sunday, September 24
The following is a list of DraftKings plays from every NFL game this Sunday from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm. This includes value plays for both GPP and Cash games on DraftKings. By determined players that are low-owned or underpriced you enable yourself the best opportunity to win on DraftKings and in this column each week I will work to determine who these players are.
Broncos @ Bills
Broncos
C.J Anderson ($5,800) – Anderson looked spectacular last week scoring 33.4 DraftKings Points against Dallas. He now takes on the Buffalo Bills who allowed the fourth most fantasy points to running backs in 2016. Anderson should be in for another high-scoring affair. Priced outside the top 10 for running backs, C.J. Anderson is a steal.
Bills
Zay Jones ($3,100) – The Broncos made Zeke look foolish in the run game last week against Dallas. It certainly won’t be smooth sailing for LeSean McCoy this week either. With that being said, the Bills are going to have to throw. As the Bills top option, Jones could be looking at 10+ targets in this one. I wouldn’t play him in cash due to his inability to catch the ball, but at close to the bare minimum I think that he is a nice GPP flier.
Steelers @ Bears

Le’Veon Bell ($8,800) – The Steelers are going to be up big in this one. Expecting a blowout, this game is going to be all Bell. Normally I wouldn’t usually condone playing the top-priced guy. However, in a week where his ownership might be slightly down because of the bad recent play, I would take advantage.
Bears
Jordan Howard ($4,900) – You’ll have to check closer to game time but if Howard plays, at this price it’s a nice spot for him. Those who think that he might not be the lead guy in Chicago anymore should be mistaken. This will still be Howard in the running game with Cohen in a complementary passing role.
Saints @ Panthers
Saints
Mark Ingram ($4,500) – Ingram is clearly still the lead in this backfield, however he still gets priced like a high-end handcuff. Due to the crowded backfield, he’s more of a cash play than GPP. I don’t think it’s long before Peterson’s out of the mix, making Ingram a good play moving forward until he sees a price increase.
Panthers
Jonathan Stewart ($4,700) – The Saints defense continues from last season as allowing top-5 fantasy production to opposing running backs. In my opinion, Stewart should have his best game yet.
Buccaneers @ Vikings
Buccaneers
Jameis Winston ($6,000) – The perception about the Vikings defense may be misconceived. They give up the tenth most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks meaning this is a favorable matchup for Winston. Winston should be a nice low owned play this week.
Vikings
Dalvin Cook ($5,900) – After one week it’s hard to evaluate the Bucs defense against the running back position. Last year, they were just outside the top 10 in points allowed to opposing running backs. Knowing that Cook is the workhorse in this backfield, he looks like a good option as a GPP play this week.
Browns @ Colts
Browns
Rashard Higgins ($4,000) – Higgins looks like the number one option with Corey Coleman injured. Not to mention, the Browns are facing an awful Colts secondary. He should be in for a big game.
Colts
Jack Doyle ($3,600) – Continue to stream tight ends against the Browns who allowed two touchdowns to Jesse James in the opener and 113 yards to the Ravens in week two.
Dolphins @ Jets
Dolphins
Kenny Stills ($4,400) – One game, one touchdown! After seeing Oakland drop 45 points last week against the Jets, the Dolphins could do the same. Stills always seems to find a way to catch a touchdown in high-scoring affairs. He’s in a good spot to do so again this week.
Jets
Austin Seferian-Jenkins ($3,000) – The Dolphins are amongst the worst in the league against tight ends. In 2016 they ranked in the bottom five, and just allowed Hunter Henry and Antonio Gates to receive for 101 yards and a touchdown in week two. It is Seferian-Jenkins first week back, but at the bare minimum, I would take a flier on him.
Texans @ Patriots
Texans
D’Onta Foreman ($4,000) – We started to see it last week, twelve attempts for Foreman up from one in week one. In a game where the Texans will probably be playing from down, you can expect Foreman to be the guy getting the ball in the second half.
Patriots
Danny Amendola ($5,400) – Hopefully Amendola’s back this week because the Patriots are missing a lot of players. Chris Hogan, Philip Dorsett, Gronk, and Rex Burkhead all left with injuries, opening the door for a ton of opportunity. Amendola looked like the slot replacement for Julian Edelman. With that being said, you’re looking at 10+ targets this week making Amendola a good play at this DraftKings price.
Falcons @ Lions
Falcons
Mohamed Sanu ($4,500) – Sanu has looked good through the first two weeks and against a mediocre at best defense he should provide another solid floor.
Lions
Matt Stafford ($6,200) – A fantastic matchup for Stafford this week. I personally would have him as a top five quarterback, but his DraftKings price is tenth for quarterbacks making him a clear under-price.
Giants @ Eagles
Giants
Shane Vereen ($4,000) – We’ve seen it two weeks in a row now, Vereen is the only consistent option in this run game. I would play him in cash and even in a GPP, I think he outplays his price at only $4,000.
Eagles
Carson Wentz ($5,900) – The Giants have a good defense but Carson Wentz looks like a top ten quarterback through the first few weeks and you’re getting him a lot cheaper than that on DraftKings. If there’s one area where the Giants have looked mediocre so far, it’s against opposing quarterbacks and I would exploit that.
Seahawks @ Titans
Seahawks
Chris Carson ($4,900) – Clearly DraftKings hasn’t made the full adjustment yet. Carson is the clear go-to running back in this offense and I think after a big week this week you see his price rise by another $1,000 in week four.
Titans
Corey Davis ($3,900) – He’s the lowest priced out there of the three Titans receivers this week. He’s also the most talented and if he plays I would expect him to be the top target.
Chiefs @ Chargers
Chiefs
Chris Conley ($3,200) – Conley was on the field for 87% of the snaps in week two and looks like the top wideout outside of Tyreek Hill. Hill gets Verrett this week which should open up the field for another receiver. At this price five receptions would exceed the value for his DK price.
Chargers
Kennan Allen ($7,200) – Neither of the Chiefs corners have looked top notch so far against opposing wide receivers. It’s clear Allen is going to be targeted heavily. Look for him to have a monster game this week.
Bengals @ Packers
Bengals
A.J. Green ($8,100) – I think this is the week A.J. Green gets it all together. He came out and stated that the Bengals need to get the ball to their superstars, and Green is the superstar on this team. Green has a massive week ahead in Green Bay.
Packers
Davante Adams ($5,600) – Still priced lower than Randall Cobb for some strange reason, ($6,000) Adams is the clear number two option. With both Jordy Nelson and Cobb banged up, Rodgers will be looking his way this week.
Raiders @ Redskins
Raiders
Jared Cook ($3,100) – Cook is currently third in targets and tied with Amari Cooper for receptions this season. If there’s one area that the ‘Skins have lacked this season, it’s against the tight end. They have allowed over 100 pass yards to tight ends in both of their first two games. Look for Cook to have a big week in Washington.
Redskins
Terrelle Pryor ($5,900) – Against a weak Oakland secondary, I think that this is the week Pryor gets back in form. At $5,900 on DraftKings he’s highly volatile GPP option that will be low-owned based on past performances, but Pryor could explode any given week.
