Eagles Players That Could Win League Awards

In the NFL there are many awards and accomplishments players could win. Whether it’s individual accomplishments or, on a rare occasion team accomplishments. Some of the individual awards are League MVP, Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and even the Walter Payton Man of the Year. Some players also accomplish awards like a trip to play in the Pro Bowl Games.

In the 2022 season, Jalen Hurts was the runner-up for the League MVP Award after losing the voting race to Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes. In the 2023 season, he had a bit of a rough season and did not get as many votes. Quarterback of the Baltimore Ravens Lamar Jackson would win the award.

Here are some Philadelphia Eagles players who could win awards in the 2024 season and what awards they could win.

Eagles Players That Could Win League Awards

Jalen Hurts (Quarterback)

In 2022 Jalen Hurts was the runner-up for the League MVP Award behind Quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes. Also, in 2022, he finished in third place for Comeback Player of the Year. Coming into the 2024 season Saquon has 5,211 yards rushing on 1,201 attempts and 35 touchdowns. Barkley is running behind what is considered to be a much better offensive line than he was with the New York Giants.  A.J. Brown (Wide Receiver)

In the last six games, he only caught the ball thirty-three times, had 406 yards, and did not catch any touchdowns. His back end of the season, just like the team as a whole was not good. But just like Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown is excited for the 2024 season to get underway and is looking to have a very productive season. Since being drafted in 2019 by the Tennessee Titans, Brown only had one season where he was not considered for any awards. In 2024 A.J. Brown could be in the running for League MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and Pro Bowler.
