Best NFL TV Packages for this Season

If you’re an NFL fan, then you know very well that the league has made it very difficult this season to watch games. With so many different subscription options out there, it may become challenging for most to find the best deal on the media market. Here are a few different routes you can take that are the most popular amongst NFL fans around the world.

Best NFL Packages for this Season

1. NFL+ Premium

NFL+ Premium has a great offer for new subscribers this season starting at the price of $79.99 for the entire regular season and the playoffs for every single game! The only catch is that it may be stressful for those who wish to watch on the TV at home, as this subscription is only good on mobile devices like your phone, laptop, and tablet.

Some customers who have purchased this package in previous years have said that they were able to connect their laptops to their television with HDMI, although it can be a bit time-consuming and not ideal. If you would like to give this platform a try, starting by only doing the monthly subscription for $14.99 may be best. That way, you can cancel your subscription if it is not the right fit for you.

2. YouTube TV + NFL Sunday Ticket

Now, this may be an intriguing deal for a lot of people. With NFL Sunday Ticket no longer on DirecTV, it has now moved over to YouTube TV. The deal states that you will get unlimited simultaneous streams at home, key plays, real-time stats, the ability to view your fantasy football metrics, and the option to watch up to four games at once, with commercial use excluded.

While this all sounds like a very superior option, there is a major flaw that it presents. If you purchase this plan, locally broadcast Fox and CBS games, Sunday Night Football on NBC, select digital-only games, and international games are all excluded. So if your favorite team is being locally broadcasted on one of these platforms and you don’t have satellite or cable, you will not be able to watch the game! If these conditions sound too risky, this may not be the best subscription for you.

3. Paramount+

While this may not be the best option as far as available games to watch, Paramount+ certainly is one of the cheapest options on the market. If you have a Paramount+ subscription, watching NFL games will cost you $6 a month with ads, while pricing at $12 a month is mostly ad-free. You can also stream these games from your mobile devices if you are on the go.

The games you will have access to with this subscription will be all the CBS NFL games, regional AFC Sunday afternoon games, AFC wild card showdown, AFC divisional playoff contests, AFC Championship game, and the Super Bowl. So basically, if you are expecting to watch mostly NFC games this season, this subscription will not allow you to watch almost any of the games you are anticipating.

With the media market drastically changing, it makes it much more difficult for NFL fans to find the most well-rounded subscriptions to watch America’s most popular sport. Whether you are looking for the cheapest options or the services with the most available games to watch, hopefully with these three different options listed, you will have a clearer understanding of the terms and conditions for each of these streaming services.
