2025 MLB O/U Tracker
AL East
Boston Red Sox (Over 86.5 Wins)
The 2024 season was not kind to the Boston Red Sox. Despite finishing the first half with a 53-42 record, the team took a complete nosedive after the All-Star break, ending in an 81-win season. Much of their struggles came down to the team’s lackluster pitching staff and bullpen, as both struggled with injuries and a lack of talent.
However, not even a year has passed, and things look much better for the Red Sox. With a highly productive 2025 offseason, the team is poised to make the playoffs after a four-year hiatus. This hype is not just reserved for Red Sox fans; however, FanDuel has set the team’s O/U win total at 86.5, a figure that the team should be able to surpass in 2025. READ MORE HERE…
Batimore Orioles (Over 86.5 Wins)
According to Fanduel, the Baltimore Orioles have a win total set at 86.5. The odds currently show the over at -104, but the Orioles’ young talent will allow them to hit the over.
The Orioles have been through a gauntlet of a division over the past few years, dealing with World Series runner-up rival New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays, Boston Red Sox, and the gritty Tampa Bay Rays. In 2024, Baltimore finished second in the AL East and was swept 2-0 in the AL Wild Card round against the Kansas City Royals. The team only scored one run on 11 hits, letting their pitching down that gave a phenomenal performance, giving up three runs in two games.
In 2025, the Orioles will once again face an improved division after each team upgraded in the off-season. READ MORE HERE...
AL Central
Kansas City Royals (Over 82.5 wins)
The 2024 season was a success in the long rebuild of the Kansas City Royals. Led by superstar shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. and strong pitching by RHP Seth Lugo and LHP Cole Ragans, the Royals made the playoffs for the first time since 2015 when the Royals took down the New York Mets in the World Series. Kansas City won its American League Wildcard matchup against the Baltimore Orioles in two games but fell short to the New York Yankees in the Divisional Series, 3-1.
Now, in 2025, the Royals have a tremendous opportunity to make another step in the right direction, which is to make a run at the AL Central division title and even a shot at the AL Pennant. According to FanDuel, Kansas City’s projected Over/Under win total is set at 82.5, which is right around the 500 mark. Here’s why the Royals can hit the OVER in 2025. READ MORE HERE…..
Minnesota Twins (Under 83.5 Wins)
Entering September, the Minnesota Twins looked like it was going to make another appearance in the playoffs and make a run for the World Series or at least the American League Pennant. Despite having a 92 percent chance to make the playoffs according to FanGraphs, the Twins went 9-18 in September and missed the playoffs with a 82-80 record. It’s expected that it wasn’t something wrong with the organization as a whole and just hit a rough patch at the wrong time.
Now looking at 2025, Minnesota once again have the expectation to make the playoffs in a division that is expected to be very competitive in 2025.
According to FanDuel, the Twins projected win total for 2025 is 83.5 wins. Here’s how and why Minnesota will hit the UNDER in wins in 2025. READ MORE HERE…
Detroit Tigers (Over 83.5 Wins)
The 2024 Detroit Tigers surprised many people with its generational run to the American League Wildcard, boasting a 17-7 record in the final month of the season. The Tigers were ahead of time in their rebuild and now have a chance to even win the AL Central in a very competitive division this year.
According to FanDuel, Detroit is projected to finish right around the 83.5 wins point this season. It seems to be reasonable after the miracle end to the regular season last year and with the development of a young roster, here’s why the Tigers will could hit the OVER in the 2025 season. Cleveland Guardians (Over 82.5 Wins)
The 2024 Cleveland Guardians won the American League Central for the fifth time in nine seasons and had their deepest run since losing the 2016 World Series. American League Manager of the Year Stephen Vogt ushered in a new era of Guardians baseball with the way that he empowered every one of the 50 players to come through the clubhouse door. This was not a 92-win roster, but it was led by one of the best bullpens we’ve ever seen and some productive situational hitting.
Now fast forward to this season. According to FanDuel, the Guardians’ total wins are projected at 82.5. I can understand why the betting markets are down on Cleveland’s ability to repeat last season’s success and are expecting something closer to .500. The Guardians traded Josh Naylor and Andres Gimenez in moves that could be viewed as cost-cutting measures. Postseason hero David Fry is also out for a while after Tommy John surgery and 2020 Cy Young winner Shane Bieber is still recovering from his. Despite that, this projection is too low, and here are some reasons why. READ MORE HERE…

NL East
New York Mets (Over 90.5 Wins)
2024 was a successful season for the New York Mets. Boasting a 89-73 record and a second place finish in the National League East division, the Mets entered the NL Wildcard to take on the Milwaukee Brewers. This is where New York went on a run to the NL Championship Series, including taking down division rival Philadelphia Phillies. However, the Mets just fell short the eventual World Series Champions Los Angeles Dodgers in six games.
For the 2025, FanDuel is projecting that New York will be around 90.5 wins. This number is similar to the number of games the Mets won in 2024. However, New York has become a better team after an offseason that was a big win for New York. Here’s why the New York Mets can easily hit the over in 2025. READ MORE HERE…
Atlanta Braves (Under 93.5)
In 2024, the Atlanta Braves limped to 89-73 after a season ridden with injuries and bad performances. The Braves unfortunately finished their 2024 season by being murdered by the San Diego Padres in the NL Wild Card. The result of Atlanta’s playoff berth did not surprise many, thanks to their harsh underperformance in 2024.
According to FanDuel, the Braves are projected to be around 93.5 wins for the 2025 season. In 2025, it is simply not that the Braves CAN’T hit above 93.5 wins; it’s just that they probably won’t. Here’s why. READ MORE HERE…
Philadelphia Phillies (Over 90.5 Wins)
FanDuel has set the Philadelphia Phillies over/under for 2025 at 90.5 wins. Last season they exceeded this projection with a record of 95-67. The all-around talent on this club makes it difficult to think that this team, with pretty much the same roster as in 2024, can’t win over 90 games yet again. The Phillies are one of the best teams in baseball and they’ll prove why in 2025 with their third consecutive 90-win season. READ MORE HERE…
Miami Marlins (Under 63.5 Wins)
It’s going to be another long season for the Miami Marlins and their over/under projection at Fanduel for the 2025 season reflects that. It’s set at 63.5 after coming off of a 62-win season in 2024. While there could be some hope for their long-term future, the present state of the team, as seen last season, will be rough. That spells disaster for this year’s squad and could possibly struggle to get even 60 wins. St. Louis Cardinals (Over 75.5 Wins)
Over the past couple of seasons the St. Louis Cardinals have failed to make the postseason, something rarely seen from the franchise. They also had a historically bad 71 wins in 2023 but had a bounce back of sorts in 2024, posting a winning record of 83-79. Heading into 2025, there are questions as to whether the Cardinals can put together another winning season with the current state of the franchise.
According to FanDuel, the Cardinals’ O/U for the upcoming campaign is set at 75.5. There are legitimate cases to be made on both the over and under but surpassing the 75.5-win threshold seems plausible for this 2025 Cardinals squad. READ MORE HERE…
Pittsburgh Pirates (Over 75.5 Wins)
It’s been a long road for the Pittsburgh Pirates over the last few years. The last time they made the postseason was in 2015. Since then, they’ve only mustered up one winning season and that was in 2018 when they went 82-79. Coming into 2025, Fanduel has the Pirates O/U win projection set at 75.5, which is the same mark set for their division rival St. Louis Cardinals. Over the last two seasons, they’ve hit that mark by one win. Maybe the Pirates can hit the over by a few more wins in 2025 with their young guys mixed in with a few veteran voices. READ MORE HERE…
Cincinnati Reds (Over 79.5 Wins)
The Cincinnati Reds head into the 2025 season with a new manager. Terry Francona, who spent more than a decade in Cleveland, takes over after David Bell was fired with just five games remaining in the 2024 season. Francona and the Guardians mutually parted ways at the end of the 2023 season so that the 65-year-old could step away to focus on his health. Francona is a candidate for Cooperstown and has an impressive resume that many managers would envy. He signed a three year deal with a club option and is committed to turning this team around after taking a year off from baseball.
The Reds have not won more than 83 games in a season since 2013 and have only had three winning seasons in that time frame. According to FanDuel, Cincinnati’s O/U win total has been set at 79.5, and considering recent results, this is a fair projection. Despite that, Cincinnati has made a lot of good under-the-radar moves this offseason and they will go over their projection. Here’s how the Reds will hit the over for wins in 2025. READ MORE HERE…

Los Angeles Dodgers (Over 104.5 wins)
The 2024 Los Angeles Dodgers finally broke through and became the World Champions once again after a billion-dollar offseason, signing Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Teoscar Hernandez and many more key pieces during the 23-24 offseason.
During the 24-25 off-season, the Los Angeles Dodgers spent close to half a billion dollars, and they signed Blake Snell, Teoscar Hernandez, Roki Sasaki (IFA), Tanner Scott, Hye-Seoung Kim, Kirby Yates, and Michael Conforto. Plus, they extended Tommy Edman’s contract by 5 years!
According to FanDuel, the Dodgers’ O/U win total has been set at 104.5. With how the team is shaping up this season, I believe that they will hit the over—not by much, but they’ll hit the over for sure. READ MORE HERE….
San Diego Padres (Over 85.5)
According to FanDuel, the San Diego Padres have a win total projection of 85.5 wins. You could argue both sides of the spectrum when it comes to the NL West franchise, but the Padres will hit over the win total this season.
For the 2025 San Diego Padres, it has been a never-ending hurdle to overcome the 2024 World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. They were able to push the Dodgers to a win or go home in Game 5 of the NLDS. They lost the game 2-0 after the bats went ice cold. The Dodgers were able to end the series limiting the Padres to 23 consecutive scoreless innings.
Most MLB experts believed that the Padres were the toughest test for the Dodgers throughout the postseason after Los Angeles made easy work of the New York Yankees in the World Series. READ MORE HERE…
San Francisco Giants (Over 79.5 Wins)
The 2024 San Francisco Giants season was the same as the past few seasons, lackluster. The Giants finished 4th in the NL West with an 80-82 record. This is their 3rd consecutive season missing the playoffs since their historic 107-win season in 2021. The San Francisco Giants now under new leadership Buster Posey becoming the new President of Baseball Operations, leads to hope for the 2025 Giants. A new approach to roster construction and how the team should carry themselves day in and day out.
This offseason the Giants handed out the largest contract in franchise history. They targeted the offensive side of the ball to improve, which was their biggest struggle last season. The NL West is an extremely tough division due to the juggernaut, the Dodgers sitting at the top. However, the NL Wild Card was extremely open, with multiple teams competing for the three spots. The Giants could become one of the teams vying for the Wild Card this season. According to FanDuel, the Giant’s win total projection is 79.5 and they can go over this total. READ MORE HERE…
