In that case, finding the right players to consider will go a long way to help you build a reliable fantasy team, and we believe that we have the right one for you. We’ve put together eight exciting players that we believe you should consider guiding you in making your fantasy picks for the 2022 regular season.

Players to Consider in your MLB Fantasy Team

Andrés Muñoz – Seattle Mariners

For those looking for closers, Andrés Muñoz is a perfect pick, even though he’s part of a crowded Seattle bullpen. He had one of Seattle’s major saves and Muñoz has dominated enough to make him enter any top picks list. The Mariners RP has posted 50.0 K%, making him capable of doing an incredible job. Therefore, you should consider having him on your team.

Dany Jiménez – Oakland Athletics

Even though Lou Trivino might be coming off the COVID IL, Dany Jiménez has made incredible saves this season and might become Oakland’s number one closer. He ranks top 10 in the list of relievers in CSW. Jiménez has consistently offered an exciting run to make it look easy, and we believe he would provide more points for owners as we get closer to the final minutes of the regular season.

Jorge López – Baltimore Orioles

Jorge López is one of the high-performing closers in the league this season, and with multiple saves already this season, we believe he should be in every serious fantasy league roaster. The move to the bullpen has improved his game taking his average to 98.0 mph, and even though many thought it was a fluke, he has continued to be consistent with his game.

Nolan Gorman – St. Louis Cardinals

We all know what Nolan Gorman can do on the pitch, and he hasn’t disappointed this season. Gorman has shown why every serious fantasy manager should consider him with his explosive play. It comes with a 6.5 BB% and 32.3 K%, and he is currently one of the better-hitting prospects in the league this season.

Max Meyer – Miami Marlins

If you are looking for a top pitching prospect to add to your team, you should consider Max Meyer. He is off to an incredible start, offering a 0.71 WHIP and a 1.83 ERA with 27Ks for more than 19 innings. The youngster is certainly showing why he was a top prospect in the 2020 draft, and he continues to provide incredible numbers to build the team throughout this season.

Grayson Rodriguez – Baltimore Orioles

Many experts put Grayson Rodriguez on the top list of the best pitching prospects in the league. Fortunately, he hasn’t disappointed, and we expect him to keep going through the season. Hopefully, he stays fit till the end of the season. Rodriguez recorded 23 strikeouts in more than 14.1 innings in his first three starts with a 0.49 WHIP and 1.23 ERA. Therefore, he is certainly a great pick for fantasy managers.

Taylor Ward – Los Angeles Angels

Taylor Ward has been on an upward trajectory since the start of the season. The Los Angeles Angels player gives incredible outputs for each game he has started and continues to average incredible numbers. Ward has been an everyday player and has sealed a prime spot in the team’s lineup. With three homers and stolen base attempts in his first nine games, Ward has shown why he should be one of the first names on your team.

Alec Bohm – Philadelphia Phillies

Although Alec Bohm didn’t start the season as expected, he has been on an upward trail with some incredible performances. He is a power player that understands how to make up for hitting the ground too often. Therefore, picking him would be a top-notch decision as he has a lot to offer the team. He has a strong BA, making him highly valuable in any fantasy league. Therefore, you should have him on your team.

Final Thoughts

This list is in no particular order, and we are only giving you tips on who we think would increase your prospect of getting enough points in this season’s fantasy leagues. You should do your research, but we believe the players in this selection would make great picks for any fantasy manager.
