All-Preseason team

The 2025 NFL All-Preseason Team

There were plenty of preseason standout performances from rookies and veteran players vying for roster spots. With the preseason wrapped up, here is the 2025 All-Preseason team.

The 2025 NFL All-Preseason Teams

Offense

Quarterback: Jaxson Dart, New York Giants

Dart was better than advertised in his appearance in the preseason for the Giants. He finished with a passer rating of over 110 and finished with a Pro Football Focus grade of 88.5, which was first among all rookie quarterbacks. He finished with 424 total yards and four touchdowns. It was impressive for the 25th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Running backs: Los Angeles Rams Cody Schrader, Washington Commanders Jacory Croskey-Merritt

Croskey-Merritt has been one of the stars of training camp and preseason in 2025. His strong camp and performances in preseason games pushed former Commander’s standout Brian Robinson Jr out of the rotation, where he was eventually traded to the San Francisco 49ers.

Wide Receivers: Detroit Lions Isaac TeSlaa, Cincinnati Bengals Ja’Marr Chase, Atlanta Falcons Chris Blair

TeSlaa has been one of the talks of the 2025 NFL preseason. He has scored multiple touchdowns and showcased big-play ability for the Lions. The Lions were ridiculed for the selection of TeSlaa back in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft because of how much they paid. Detroit traded two third-round picks in 2026 to move up in 2025 to take TeSlaa.

Chase continued to show he is an Elite wide receiver in the two games he played with the Bengals, and Blair is fighting for a roster spot in Atlanta, but has made a strong case, having led all players in receiving yards in the preseason to go with two touchdowns.

Tight End: New York Giants Greg Dulcich

Dulcich has had a standout preseason for the Giants, which included a two-touchdown day in the preseason finale. It is unclear if Dulcich is a lock to make the Giants roster, but if he doesn’t, it won’t take long before he lands somewhere else.

Offensive Tackles: Kansas City Chiefs Josh Simmons, Pittsburgh Steelers Troy Fautanu

Simmons has looked dominant for the Chiefs in his limited preseason time. He fell in the 2025 draft due to a knee injury, and with the Chiefs selecting him, they could have solved a huge issue with their offensive line. Fautanu missed his entire rookie season due to injury last year, but looked solid in his preseason snaps.

Guards: Seattle Seahawks Grey Zabel, Baltimore Ravens Andrew Vorhees

Zabel could end up the best offensive lineman this season for Seattle as a rookie. Vorhees could be in for a breakout in Baltimore.

Center: Los Angeles Rams Willie Lampkin

An injury to Lampkin cut his preseason short, but he was one of the NFL preseason’s most intriguing players.

Defense

Cornerbacks: LA Chargers Eric Rogers, New Orleans Saints Quincy Riley

Safeties: Philadelphia Eagles Andrew Mukuba, New England Patriots Kyle Dugger

Defensive End: Chicago Bears Austin Booker; Cleveland Browns Adin Huntington

Booker was an unblockable force all preseason for the Bears. Huntington added 2.5 sacks himself in the preseason with a strong performance for the Browns.

Defensive Tackle: Buffalo Bills Deone Walker, Miami Dolphins Kenneth Grant

Linebackers: LA Rams Shaun Dolac, Cleveland Browns Carson Schwesinger

Dolac made an impact for the Rams as an undrafted free agent, and Schwesinger has been as advertised as the 33rd pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

Special Teams

Kicker: Jacksonville Jaguars Cam Little

Little hit a 70-yard field goal in a preseason game, which would be the longest field goal in NFL history in a regular season game.

Punter: Miami Dolphins Jake Bailey

Returners: Baltimore Ravens LaJohntay Wester, New England Patriots TreVeyon Henderson
