The Best Way to Use the DraftKings 2024 NFL Draft Promo

There have been rumblings that a record number of quarterbacks are set to be selected in this year’s draft. The top three picks are almost guaranteed to be quarterbacks with another more than likely at four. But Bo Nix and Michael Penix, Jr., the two elder statesmen of the class, have had some rumblings of sneaking into the top 32.

With the desperation at quarterback, there will likely be a team that mortgages their future to get what they believe as their franchise quarterback. Most of the smoke has surrounded the Minnesota Vikings while there has been chatter about the New England Patriots trading back. Watch out for the Denver Broncos, however.

Who will be this year’s big faller? Last year, we watched as Will Levis went from top-five hope to falling out of the first round. This year? The J.J. McCarthy hype could be all smoke. NFL teams could be scared off by Amarius Mims’ medicals.

Draft Day trades are all the rage. A.J. Brown was a draft-day trade and it’s worked out well for the Philadelphia Eagles. This year, there is a chance San Francisco 49ers star Brandon Aiyuk could be dealt. Another receiver who will at least garner attention will be Tee Higgins. While the Cincinnati Bengals have asserted that he is not for sale, they’d be foolish to not at least listen.

Ther record for most offensive players taken in the first round was set back in 2009 with 19. This year’s class could challenge that number as there is a growing suspicion that each of the first 10 picks could be on offense. The NFL is an offense-driven league and this year’s draft class is loaded with both skilled players and linemen who are projected as day-one starters.
