On Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, we witnessed the best of the best in College Football play in the Senior Bowl. At least 60% of the players are expected to be drafted in this year’s NFL Draft. The event kicks off on Thursday, April 25th at 8:00 pm EST with the first round with the second round starting at 8:00 pm EST on Friday, April 26th. The NFL Draft has seven rounds and 262 players will be picked over three days.

For the Philadelphia Eagles, they have many needs to fill. With the possibility of center, Jason Kelce retiring and players like defensive tackle, Fletcher Cox heading for free agency, the Eagles have a first-round pick, two second-round picks, a third-round pick, and four fifth-round picks. Their top needed positions are running back, wide receiver, cornerback, edge rusher, and linebacker.

Here are five players that would fit in the Philadelphia Eagles system and would fit the needs that need to be filled.

Potential Philadelphia Eagles Draft Targets

Qwan’Tez Stigger: Cornerback from Atlanta, GA

Stigger, in his young life, went through a lot of personal things to where he did not attend college. But, if it weren’t for his mom motivating him to go play in a 7v7 league and get noticed by the Toronto Argonauts in the CFL, Stigger would not be entering the 2024 NFL Draft.

In 2023, Stigger had such an amazing year. He earned the CFL Rookie of the Year award.

Stats: 16 games played, 56 tackles, five Interceptions. He could potentially be picked by the Eagles in the third Round.

Isaiah Davis – Running back from South Dakota State University

Davis, coming out of his senior year, has done nothing but progress by the season. Whether he gets the ball handed off to him or he goes out for a pass, Davis has the size and speed that makes him NFL-ready.

Career Stats: 676 carries, 4,548 yards, 50 touchdowns, 71 catches, 487 yards, one touchdown. The Eagles could be taking Davis in the second Round.

Keon Coleman – Wide Receiver from Florida State University

Two words describe Coleman: Size & Strength.

Coleman is coming out of his junior year and is ready to compete in the NFL.

Career Stats: 115 catches, 1,506 yards, 19 touchdowns. The Eagles can take Coleman in the first round but would need to move up to get him due to the demand for wide receivers this upcoming season.

Chop Robinson – Edge Rusher from Penn State University

Robinson is NFL-ready coming out of his junior year. He spent his freshman year at the University of Maryland where he had 12 solo tackles, seven assisted tackles, and two sacks.

He entered the transfer portal and went to PSU where he got 13 solo tackles, three assists, one pass defended, and two forced fumbles in two seasons. Philadelphia can nab Robinson in the first round.

Trevin Wallace – Linebacker from the University of Kentucky

Wallace is a big upper upper-bodied linebacker who will have a lot of success in the NFL. He is coming out of his junior year.

Career Stats: 94 solo tackles, 72 assisted tackles, one pass defended, 10 sacks, two forced fumbles, three interceptions. The Eagles can take Wallace in the third round.
