This offseason was an unknown for her as she came into training camp on a training camp deal. She ends up making the roster, being in the rotation, and playing a pivotal role. She led all rookies and ranked eighth in the entire league with those marks. She also had the 14th-highest scoring average by a rookie in league history.

The efficiency is what really stands out as she’s currently shooting a career-high 51.4% from the floor. She’s averaging 9.0 points per game in the paint, which is league-best among guards. She’s also averaging 3.4 fast break points per game, which is second among guards.
Another standout stat, she’s shooting nearly 70% at the rim on over five attempts per game, both of which rank second in the league among guards.
On-Off the Court Numbers
The on-and-off numbers are evident and it shows from the eye-test with Carter on and off the floor (especially offensively). She has an offensive rating of 104.4, which is among the top offensive ratings in the league.
