NFL Week 11: Three Underdogs Primed To Pull Off Upsets

Three underdogs can pull off upsets on the 2025 NFL Week 11 slate.

Three Underdogs To Watch in NFL Week 11

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+5.5) at Buffalo Bills (-5.5)

Tampa Bay will go on the road to face Buffalo, with both teams coming off losses in Week 10. Buffalo took the worst of the losses on Sunday, getting blown out against a reeling Miami Dolphins team. Tampa will not be an easy opponent for Buffalo to bounce back against.

Against the Dolphins, Buffalo let up slightly under 200 rushing yards, which was among the worst in the league on Sunday. TB has the necessary offenses to take advantage of a lackluster Buffalo Bills defense.

Baker Mayfield has played well against big-time opponents this season, and if TB is able to get some players back from injury, TB has a great chance to pull off an upset.

TB is 4-1 on the road this season.

Detroit Lions

Detroit Lions (+2.5) at Philadelphia Eagles (-2.5)

This matchup between the Lions and Eagles is against two heavyweight teams in the NFC. Both teams are among the favorites in odds to win the Super Bowl, and Detroit will head to Philly as slight underdogs.

Detroit is coming off a game where they blew out the Washington Commanders 44-22 and put up a massive 546 total yards. Detroit is more than capable of going on the road to Philly and pulling off what would be considered an upset, even though there may not be much separation between the two teams in terms of talent.

Philly will be coming off a short week after having played the Packers on Monday night football and scoring ten points as an offense. The Lions can make things comfortable for Jalen Hurts if they can shut down Saquon Barkley.

The best thing for Detroit to do is force this game into a shootout, which Jared Goff and the Lions’ weapons are equipped to win. This game will be important for playoff seeding, and it’s a strong possibility we can see this matchup again in two months. If Dan Campbell can repeat his play-calling prowess after taking it over last week, Detroit has a good chance.

Denver Broncos

Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5) at Denver Broncos (+3.5)

The Broncos are home dogs against the Chiefs in what might be the most important game of the season for Denver. Denver currently holds first place in the division with an 8-2 record, and if they want to put three games’ worth of separation between them and the Chiefs, they will need to get a win on Sunday. The Chiefs are 5-4 and could still make a run for the division, but with two games against the Broncos on the schedule, they will need to sweep Denver for the year.

The Denver offense isn’t quite playing as well as it can be, but the Broncos’ defense is capable of winning the team games while the offense does just enough. Denver leads the NFL in sacks with 46 and allows the third fewest points per game with 17.3, so Denver has a path to winning by making things hectic on Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense.
