From quarterback injuries to key wide receiver cornerback matchups, make sure to pay attention as much has changed just in one week. As always, bet safely and set your fantasy football lineups before 12pm CT. See below for this week’s complete injury report.

NFL Injury Report Week 8

Titans @ Lions

Titans

Will Levis: Levis has been dealing with a shoulder injury for the last month or so and is unlikely to play this week. Mason Rudolph came in last week and operated the offense at a higher level than accustomed to. He should be able to keep the Titans within two scores for most of the game this week.

Jaelyn Duncan: Duncan, Tennessee’s current starting right tackle will miss this week due to a hamstring injury. With Nicholas Petit-Frere benched, third-stringer Leroy Watson IV will start. Watson IV played terribly in his first big action against the Colts last week. That should continue when facing the Lions’ defensive line.

L’Jarius Sneed: A quad injury will ensure Tennessee’s top boundary corner doesn’t suit up. He’s had an awful season for his standards, with an overall coverage grade of 36.8. With Jarvis Brownlee Jr. at the top spot now, look for Amon-Ra St. Brown to have one of the top games of his season this week.

Lions

Jameson Williams: Although not injured, Williams will miss this week and the next due to a PED suspension. With this, look for increased target shares for Amon-Ra St. Brown, Tim Patrick and Sam LaPorta.

Josh Paschal: An illness will sideline one of Detroit’s starting pass rushers this week. He’s been largely ineffective, recording only one sack through the first seven weeks. Rookie backup Isaac Ukwu has shown slight promise but is a long way from being an effective pass rusher. With this, look for Mason Rudolph to have slightly more time in the pocket than expected.

Eagles @ Bengals

Eagles

Dallas Goedert: Goedert, Philadelphia’s starting tight end will miss this week as he recovers from a hamstring injury. He’s enjoyed a couple great games and is a solid target. With him being out, expect a larger volume of targets for A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith and Saquon Barkley.

Mecki Becton: The Eagles will be missing their starting right guard as he works his way back from concussion protocol. He’s turned into an above-average interior lineman since leaving New York. With Tyler Steen playing, look for Philadephia to be slightly worse at interior runs.

Bengals

No notable injuries.

Packers @ Jaguars

Packers

No notable injuries.

Jaguars

Cam Robinson: A concussion has Robinson listed as questionable for this week’s game. He’s been underwhelming this season, unlike Walker Little, who played extremely well last week against New England. He should be able to hold up decently well against Green Bay’s edge rushers.

Foyesade Oluakun: A foot injury landed Jacksonville’s starting linebacker on IR at the start of the year, but he could be returning this week. If he does, look for Jacksonville’s run defense to look stronger and a slightly worse game for Josh Jacobs.

Falcons @ Buccaneers

Falcons

Troy Andersen: Starting middle linebacker Andersen will continue to miss time with a knee injury. Backup Nate Landman came back to earth against the Seahawks, struggling in rush defense and coverage. Against a quality Tampa offense, look for Atlanta’s rush defense to let up a good amount of rushing yards.

Justin Simmons: A hamstring injury has Simmons unlikely to play this week. Although he’s had a down year, Simmons is still a playmaker at the strong safety position. Backup Richie Grant has looked good in limited action, though he hasn’t started a game. With Grant starting, expect worse tackling and coverage from the last line of Atlanta’s defense.

Buccaneers

Mike Evans/Chris Godwin: Evans will miss the foreseeable future with a hamstring injury and Godwin will miss the rest of the season, respectively. Without their top two weapons, look for the Buccaneers to switch to a more balanced offense with a higher target volume for Jalen McMillan, Sterling Shepard, Trey Palmer and Cade Otton.

Tykee Smith: A concussion will ensure Tampa’s starting nickelback doesn’t play. He’s been extremely inconsistent in coverage. Backup Tavierre Thomas has extremely limited snaps in the slot, which should benefit Ray-Ray McCloud III.

Cardinals @ Dolphins

Cardinals

Roy Lopez: One of Arizona’s starting defensive tackles will miss this week due to an ankle injury. He’s been rated as one of the worst starters in the league at his position, with a terrible tackling grade of 29.0. While backup Khyiris Tonga has been better in limited snaps, still expect the Dolphins’ rushing attack to be successful this week.

Sean Murphy-Bunting: A neck injury will continue to sideline Arizona’s No. 1 cornerback. Replacing him this week will be Starling Thomas V, who has mostly played badly in coverage this year. With Tua coming back this week, expect Thomas V to have a very long day covering Tyreek Hill.

Dolphins

Kader Kohou: A neck injury will also ensure Miami’s starting nickelback does not play this week. Kohou has largely been a cone in coverage this year with the exception of last week. Backup Nik Needham hasn’t played much at all this year, which should give Greg Dortch the advantage this week.

Zach Sieler: Sieler, Miami’s starting left defensive end will miss this week and likely more as he recovers from an orbital fracture. He’s made minimal impact in both stopping the run and rushing the passer. Da’Shawn Hand is an excellent backup so Sieler won’t be missed much.

Colts @ Texans

Colts

No notable injuries.

Texans

Azeez Al-Shaair: Al-Shaair, one of the best starting linebackers in the league will miss this week due to a knee injury. He plays all over the field which is hard to replace. Neville Hewitt did a good job of filling in last week and will likely continue to do so against a bad Colts offense.

Jimmie Ward: Houston will once again be without their starting strong safety due to a groin injury. While Eric Murray is a solid backup, he’s not the tackler Ward is. Expect worse tackling from the Texans’ DBs.

Ravens @ Browns

Ravens

Marlon Humphrey: Baltimore’s star cornerback is listed as doubtful because of a knee injury. He’s been playing in the slot and has looked good doing so. If Arthur Maulet has to step in, look for Elijah Moore to have a second consecutive solid game.

Browns

Jedrick Wills Jr.: Cleveland will again be without their starting left tackle due to a knee injury. Backup Dawand Jones has been playing better as of late, although still struggles at times. Look for him to give up a few pressures against Kyle Van Noy and Odafe Oweh.

Jordan Hicks: Elbow and triceps injuries will keep Cleveland’s starting linebacker sidelined. He’s been a great tackler for the most part this season. With Mohamoud Diabate playing, look for Cleveland’s run-stuffing to be worse this week.

Jets @ Patriots

Jets

Allen Lazard: A chest injury has Lazard listed as doubtful. He’s been one of Aaron Rodgers’ go to targets, but that is set to change with Davante Adams settling in New York. With Lazard likely out for the week, look for Adams, Garrett Wilson and Tyler Conklin to get more targets.

Alijah Vera-Tucker: Vera-Tucker, the Jets’ starting right guard will miss this week because of an ankle injury. While he’s been good in run blocking, his pass protection leaves much to be desired. Backup Jake Hanson filled in very well last week and should be able to continue that against a weak New England defensive line.

Ashtyn Davis: A concussion will sideline New York’s starting strong safety tonight. He’s played at an average level this year, not doing anything spectacularly well. Backup Jalen Mills played badly last week, missing lots of tackles. With this, look for New York’s downfield coverage and secondary tackling to be downgraded this week.

Tony Adams: Adams, the other Jets’ safety will also be out due to an ankle injury. He’s played better than Davis this year, with quality grades in tackling and coverage. Again, look for New York’s downfield coverage and secondary tackling to be downgraded this week.

Patriots

No notable injuries.

Bills @ Seahawks

Bills

Terrel Bernard: Buffalo will be missing their starting middle linebacker this week as he recovers from ankle and pectoral injuries. He’s been playing better as of late, with a quality game last week against Tennessee. Baylon Spector is a significant downgrade and the Bills defense will have a tough time defending the run because of it.

Seattle

D.K. Metcalf: Metcalf, Seattle’s star receiver is listed as doubtful this week due to a knee injury. He’s looked like an elite receiver at times this year, per usual. With Metcalf likely out, expect a larger volume of targets for Noah Fant, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Tyler Lockett.

Saints @ Chargers

Saints

Derek Carr: Carr is still recovering from his oblique injury and will rest again this week. With Spencer Rattler playing, look for a simplified game plan with an emphasis on getting the run game going early.

Nick Saldiveri: Starting left guard Saldiveri will miss this week’s game as he recovers from a shoulder injury. He’s played at about an average level, unlike backup Lucas Patrick. With Patrick starting, look for the Saints to be less efficient when running up the gut.

Chargers

Quentin Johnston: An ankle injury has one of LA’s starting receivers listed as doubtful this week. He’s been quiet as of late as a result of the Chargers’ weak passing attack. Johnston probably won’t be missed much this week.

Bears @ Commanders

Bears

Jaquan Brisker: Concussion protocol will continue to sideline Chicago’s starting strong safety. While he has his moments, Brisker can be sloppy in coverage and with his tackling form. Backup Elijah Hicks played well recently but could become a big weakness if Jayden Daniels can take advantage of him.

Kyler Gordan: Gordon, an average slot corner in the league will miss this week with a hamstring injury. Backup Josh Blackwell is a significant downgrade in coverage, which should give an advantage to Luke McCaffrey.

Commanders

Jayden Daniels: Due to a rib injury, Daniels is listed as questionable for the week. If Marcus Mariota has to start, look for the passing offense to look less dynamic and for more short passes than usual.

Chiefs @ Raiders

Chiefs

Juju Smith-Schuster: A hamstring injury has Schuster out this week and likely next week. He’s been a solid pass catcher in Kansas City and his experience will be missed. With this, expect a larger target share for Travis Kelce, DeAndre Hopkins and Xavier Worthy.

Mike Danna: Danna, a solid starting defensive lineman will miss another week with a pectoral injury. Backup Felix Anudike-Uzomah has played at a similar level, so Danna won’t be missed much this week.

Raiders

Dylan Parham: Parham is the Raiders’ best interior lineman and will be out again with a foot injury. Backup Jordan Meredith stepped in and looked great last week, though that should change when facing the Chiefs this week. Expect Las Vegas to not be as good in the run game this week.

Panthers @ Broncos

Panthers

Andy Dalton: Dalton injured his thumb in a car crash which will force Bryce Young back into the starting lineup. He should have a very tough time this week without his best receiver and facing a dominant Denver defense.

Diontae Johnson/Adam Thielen: A rib injury will keep Carolina’s top target sidelined this week. Their next best receiver, Thielen landed on IR this week with a hamstring injury. Without these two, expect Bryce Young to look very bad.

Broncos

P.J. Locke: Denver will be likely without their starting strong safety due to a thumb injury. While he’s been average in coverage, he’s been a good piece of the Denver secondary. With Devon Key in, look for the tackling in their secondary to be worse.

Cowboys @ Niners

Cowboys

Micah Parsons: An ankle will continue to sideline the Cowboys’ best defensive player. He’s been bad for his standards this year and the defense has been terrible without him. Don’t expect that to change this week, even against a depleted Niners’ offense.

49ers

Deebo Samuel Sr./Jauan Jennings: Samuel Sr. is listed officially as questionable because of illness, while Jauan has already been ruled out with a hip injury. If Deebo can’t play, expect an emphasis on the run game with increased targets for George Kittle, Ricky Pearsall and Chris Conley.
