With the 2026 NFL Combine in the books and some standout performances there could be a lot of shuffling in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Post-Combine 2026 First Round NFL Mock Draft
1.Las Vegas Raiders–QB Fernando Mendoza, Indiana
Mendoza didn’t do anything at the combine, but he didn’t need to. He still remains the top quarterback in the draft and the likely selection at number one overall for the Raiders.
2. New York Jets–Edge David Bailey, Texas Tech
With the Jets trading Jermaine Johnson to the Titans, that opens up a need at edge for the Jets. Bailey performed well at the combine and would be an instant impact player for the Jets’ defense.
3. Arizona Cardinals–LB Arvell Reese, Ohio State
Reese solidifies the Cardinals’ defense as a movable chess piece at both off-ball linebacker and as a pass rusher.
4. Tennessee Titans–LB Sonny Styles, Ohio State
New head coach Robert Saleh adds high-end talent to his defense. Styles was among the best testers in NFL combine history.
5. New York Giants-S Caleb Downs, Ohio State
Downs could end up the best player in his entire draft class. He will be an impact defensive back for a Giants team that already has a stout defensive line.
6. Cleveland Browns-OL Francis Mauigoa, Miami
The Browns need significant help on their offensive line, and with two first-round picks, they can take a high-end option with Mauigoa at the top of the draft.
7. Washington Commanders–CB Mansoor Delane, LSU
Arguably the top cornerback in the draft, the Commanders add a key piece to a defense that was among the worst in the league in 2025.
8. New Orleans Saints–RB Jeremiyah Love, Notre Dame
The Saints add the top offensive prospect in the draft.
9. Kansas City Chiefs— EDGE Ruben Bain Jr, Miami
Bain’s arm length will be a topic of conversation all draft season and could cause him to fall. However, he has the potential to be the best edge rusher in the draft.
10. Cincinnati Bengals–CB Jermod McCoy, Tennessee
As the Bengals look to overhaul their defense for 2026, they get a lockdown corner to build around.
11. Miami Dolphins— OL Spencer Fano, Utah
The Dolphins continue to solidify their offensive line by taking Fano.
12. Dallas Cowboys–WR Carnell Tate, Ohio State
With George Pickens‘ future in the air with the Cowboys after being franchise tagged, the Cowboys could go with the OSU standout to add to the receiving room.
13. Los Angeles Rams (via Atlanta Falcons)– CB Aveion Terrell, Clemson
With the other two top corners off the board, the Rams go with A.J. Terrell’s little brother out of Clemson.
14. Baltimore Ravens— WR Makai Lemon, USC
Ravens get another weapon for Lamar Jackson.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers— S Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, Toledo
The Bucs add one of the top safety prospects in the draft to fix their defensive back room.
16. New York Jets (via Indianapolis Colts)– WR Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State
The Jets get defensive help with Bailey, add two, and now add a player on offense with their second first round pick.
17. Detroit Lions–EDGE Ahkeem Mesidor, Miami
The Lions finally get an edge rusher to pair across from Aidan Hutchinson.
18. Minnesota Vikings–OL Olaivavega Ioane, Penn State
The Vikings continue to add to the trenches to help protect whichever quarterback is under center for them this season.
19. Carolina Panthers–DL Caleb Banks, Florida
Banks makes a solid pair with Derrick Brown in the middle of the Panthers’ defense.
20. Dallas Cowboys (via Green Bay Packers)– S Dillon Thieneman, Oregon
Thieneman tested well at the combine and would give the Cowboys much-needed playmaking on the backend of their defense.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers–WR Denzel Boston, Washington
The Steelers add a big-bodied wide receiver to pair with D.K Metcalf.
22. Los Angeles Chargers–TE Kenyon Sadiq, Oregon
Sadiq may not make it this far after a stock rising combine performance, but he would be a steal for LA.
23. Philadelphia Eagles–EDGE T.J. Parker, Clemson
Eagles continue to invest in the trenches.
24. Cleveland Browns (via Jacksonville Jaguars)– OL Monroe Freeling, Georgia
The browns double down on the offensive line in the first round.
25. Chicago Bears--DL Peter Woods, Clemson
The Bears’ defense needs the most work this offseason, so they add Woods to help.
26. Buffalo Bills–WR KC Concepcion, Texas A&M
The Bills add another receiver for Josh Allen.
27. San Francisco 49ers— EDGE R Mason Thomas, Oklahoma
With the 49ers having both their starting edges recovering from significant injuries, they add Thomas to the mix.
28. Houston Texans–OL Blake Miller, Clemson
Texans continue to add protection for C.J. Stroud.
29. Los Angeles Rams–WR Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana
Cooper adds more firepower to a Rams offense filled with a ton of it.
30. Denver Broncos–LB C.J. Allen, Georgia
31. New England Patriots–OT Kadyn Proctor, Alabama
The Super Bowl was evidence that NE needs to continue to invest in the offensive line.
32. Seattle Seahawks–EDGE Zion Young, Missouri
The reigning champs don’t miss a beat on a historic 2025 defense.
