All-Pro Teams Analysis

The first team All-Pro quarterback slot is normally allotted for the MVP of the season, and here I predict Stafford will get the edge over Maye in what could be decided by literally a couple of votes. There are several running backs worthy of All-Pro consideration. Still, with Robinson and McCaffrey being the scrimmage yards leaders, those two may get the edge over other deserving players such as James Cook and Jonathan Taylor.

Nacua and Smith-Njigba have been clearly the best two players at their positions from start to finish, while McBride has been the clear best tight end at his position this season. Defensively, Garrett headlines the first-team defense as the new NFL leader in sacks in a single season. The corner duo of Mitchell and Dejean has been one of the best in the NFL, and both will likely get selections on the first or second teams. The Texans and Broncos defenses are well represented, as both teams have been stalwarts this season.

Maye leads the second team All-Pro offense with St. Brown and Chase. Rookie Fannin Jr takes the second team slot at tight end due to a lot of the top tight ends having injury-riddled seasons.

On the second team defense, Baun and Campbell hold it down at linebacker.
