Adapting to changing circumstances has always been a cornerstone to how the National Football League operates. With the siege of the worldwide pandemic upon us, a fan may be unable to watch their favorite team live. But they can participate in different ways. Since the season was changed to 16 games, the NFL has been parrying shots since the virus began to spread. Despite the majority of countries enduring lock-downs, NFL fan enthusiasm is at an all-time high. Forget the pandemic. Gambling is the biggest storyline coming out of the 2020 NFL season.

The league has confirmed that game formats have changed and with that, the players have adapted well. The idea of an 18-week structure is being discussed by the sports giant. Currently, the players are participating on a 17-week basis that enables them to stagger games. Also, an important factor involved is maintaining athlete health and safety. Additionally, it would seem there is growing support among players and managers about the 17-week structure. Taking a look at the landscape, the Pittsburgh Steelers continue to look ready for the top competition. 2020 NFL Dominates Gambling World

In a world filled with uncertainty, NFL ambassador and commissioner, Roger Goodell confirmed that the Superbowl will happen. The event is scheduled to take place on Feb.7 in Tampa, Florida. Not to mention, there is a ton of games and action taking place, so look out for the latest betting opportunities. Also, Goodell mentioned that there would be a small number of fans who could watch at Raymond James Stadium. Overall, the NFL ambassador maintained that the primary goal of the organization is to get as many fans in the stadium as possible once the massive event is at our doorstep.

Goodell is dedicated to preserving order inside the NFL. In fact, he made a statement in regards to Covid-19 protocols relating to games. He said, “Protocol violations that result in virus spread requiring adjustments to the schedule or otherwise impacting other teams will result in additional financial and competitive discipline, including the adjustment or loss of draft choices or even the forfeit of a game.” Although many appreciate the commissioner and his willingness to advance the NFL season, many find him to be hard-headed when it comes to listening to the players’ wishes.
